Description
A ready-to-use Sichuan-style stir-fry sauce. Just add tofu and minced meat for delicious Ma Po Tofu (Tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce). Excellent for all spicy hot dishes. 

Ma Po Tofu (Tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce) (Serves 4): 
Cooking Instructions: 
Stir-fry 90g minced port in 1 tbsp oil until done. Stir in 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Spicy Bean Sauce, 300g (10 oz) diced soft tofu and cook until sauce thickens.

Stir well before use. 
Refrigerate after opening.
