Flying Goose Hoi Sin Sauce is a popular sweet and sticky condiment for Southeast Asian duck and pork dishes. Rich and thick, the sauce is equally good straight from the bottle or cooked into stir fries.

Hoi Sin sauce has an umami depth from soybean paste, with sweetness from sugar and added complexity from sesame oil and star anise. The sauce is perhaps most widely used with Chinese duck dishes. Also try using it as a glaze for pork, or even serve as a condiment with pho. Flying Goose Hoi Sin Sauce is also a great dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls.
